England, economy is look like shrinking day by day, the saver are losing their money and at other end businessmen’s are complaining that this is not enough to survive in this recession they want more. After fifth bank rate cut in England its now been reduced from 5% to first change in last year October. The government is thinking it would boost the economy but after seeing worst situation of economy it wont stop and make very big impact on human mind. Saver are already in lose but at the same time BSA spoke person told that savers were being punished arguing that the move could hinder the funds available to societies to lend as mortgages. And at the same time mortgage lender would definitely cut their rate for landing money. And well-known banks will also reduce their mortgage rates. There are some different opinion between business groups some are welcoming them saying the institute of Director’s chief economist Graeme Leach said : The interest rate transmission mechanism is clearly impaired but it is not yet kaput” while some of them thinking that economy is in deep recession and rates would drop further. |
